alex fong got me so lost -_-
AILING, because of your alex fong, i got so HOPELESSLY / HELPLESSLY lost today, which i think is the first time my sense of direction and map-reading skills have failed me terribly here in hong kong -_- haha.
anyway, because i got lost, i was like 40mins late for the event. LOL =P so he finished singing and he was doing some tv interviews already. which explains why the photos this time round are er...paiseh ah. hahaha. =P

yah, he's the 二哥 in 《甜孙爷爷》, the one with 杨思奇 and 刘恺威who's a singer, then the 2 brothers like the same girl...got impression? =)
i think he actually looks better in person, though i think his nose, or some other facial feature, makes him look a bit...i dunno leh, i dun think 帅 is a word to describe him, but he does exude some charm of his own. hey, he used to be a national swimmer okay. haha =P

i must say he's really popular among kids. many of them in the queue were actually little kids!! goodness. and i mean those kids who are perhaps only about 7 years old?? if they are not kids, then they are teenage girls...those around 15? haha. i dint expect his fan crowd to be so young la! -_- but i think this also has sth to do with his healthy image, so that's why parents also support their kids support him. =) oh, he was actually very nice. it was supposed to be an autograph session, but because there was a donation box on stage to encourage people to donate and help the sichuan quake victims, alex fong actually took the initiative to say that he would take photos with those who make a donation - and there wasnt a minimum amt la. so i thought that was quite nice of him. =)

aiyo, the scene when he was leaving was quite chaotic. imagine all the excited teenage girls..i think he was stuck for a while even though there was a human barrier around him. quite scary how the girls just pushed forward =X
anyway, because the event was near tai po market, i went there again, the first time was during the early part of my exchange...i had the tao huay again, and to my surprise, this small family-run stall is closing on 10 june!! i was a little surprised cos there is no reason why they should close given the never-ending crowd who queue for their tao huay...they wrote on the notices that it was because of “疯狂加租” (a crazy, literally, increase in rental) that they are ending business. i heard someone ask if they are moving to somewhere else, they said they haven't found a new location. oh wells. i think i will not be able to find this place anymore next time when i come back to hong kong la.
actually, to say the truth, their tao huay tastes like what we have in singapore...but i guess it's cos theirs is at 5HKD a bowl - i guess it's cheap going by hk standards - and that there is一股很浓的人情味和亲切感that customers, esp those who live around the area, keep coming back =)
and this is just random:
i happened to chance upon this sight, and i thought it was quite interesting, because i dun rmb seeing water droplets in such positions. hahah =) oh well. little pleasures in life la. =)
