counting down...
ok, it's officially less than a week to the day i depart for hong kong. but the prob is, i still haven't started packing. i dunno if i am procrastinating, or i am just not excited enough to pack. lol. cos you know, hong kong isn't exactly that far away and i have been there so i dun feel apprehensive, so it feels as if i am going there for a holiday more than going there to stay for an extended period of time. wahaha. i dunno what kind of a mental state this is, i just feel weird. maybe if i am going to a further away place like sweden or us, then i might really be getting into the thick of the action, busy packing my luggage and be really afraid of missing something out.
for a start, my mum has already taken the luggage out from the store, and a couple of things have alr gone into it, and some stuff that are to go in are just beside the luggage. well, so i guess that's making some kind of headway too rite? haha =P
ok, i promise to finish the bulk of the packing by friday, and leave the weekend for me to rmb something last minute and put it in. =P
this week has been rather packed, meeting up with friends and spending some time with my family. today i met my bestest friends from jc - yuxuan, youzi, yinyin, tsemin; and my bestest friend from PRIMARY SCHOOL - celest. haha. it was fun seeing them, and these are the people who never fail to make me laugh and happy, they always chase the dark clouds away. though i hate to admit it, i think i will miss them a bit (now wipe the smile off your faces =P), even though i am going to be back in JUST 5 months. haha =P i think i have more or less seen the people i want to see before i fly, except: FEEBS! and 2 of my other jc friends whom i dunno what happened to them, but for feebs...i think i will drop by your place soon! =)
alright, i think i shall stop soon. and for those interested, our (jodi, jinli and me) flight details are as follows:
departure date: 7 JANUARY 2008 (this coming monday!)
departure time: 1525h
flight: SQ892 i.e. terminal 2
we haven't settled on a meeting time, but we will probably be there 2 hours earlier? and we will go in about an hr before the departure time? so yea, work out the timing you should be there for yourself k? haha =P but of cos, if you dun feel like coming, then don't. =) cuiyi will be taking a jetstar flight from terminal one that departs 20 minutes later than ours on the same day. =)
and so i still have some things to settle before monday e.g. get my bank draft done hopefully by tmr. alright, i think the next time i blog should be when i get there! =D
